Our Conference Venues can be modified to classrooms, boardroom, and theatre-style rooms. We can even transform your meeting or conference room into a private dining room in the evening. We can house groups up to 400 people (200 sit down conferencing) and we have the latest AV technology to multi-display presentations.
Special room rates can be negotiated to house your guests in our hotel and we can also arrange for tours of the local area including, with notice, private tours of the Whitechapel Art Gallery.

You will have your own dedicated meeting organiser who will look after everything for you. This organiser will ensure that your events run smoothly, and will be “at your service” throughout the day. You can ask us to make arrangements for floral decorations, security officers, name tags and specially-printed menus.
